NHS 111 Service

NHS Out of Hours Service provides medical care or advice when the surgery is closed. Fully trained advisers will assess your symptoms and direct you to the most appropriate local service. This can include an out-of-hours doctor, walk-in centre, urgent care centre, emergency dentist or late opening chemist. For life threatening emergencies, continue to call 999.

Compliments and Concerns

COMPLAINTS

It’s a busy world and we do our best but sometimes we don’t always get it right.  If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service and wish to make a complaint please ask to speak to the practice manager, Mrs Michelle Barr, who will give you a leaflet explaining the  complaints procedure.  We wish to assure you that any matter brought to our attention will be taken seriously.  Alternatively you can contact PALS
