We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
We welcome any suggestions for improving our service. If you have any ideas please write or talk to the practice manager.
It’s a busy world and we do our best but sometimes we don’t always get it right. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service and wish to make a complaint please ask to speak to the practice manager, Mrs Michelle Barr, who will give you a leaflet explaining the complaints procedure. We wish to assure you that any matter brought to our attention will be taken seriously.
